Job summary

Gundersen Health System in Wisconsin–La Crosse is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Cardiopulmonary Unit. This 0.8 FTE position covers 64 hours over a two-week period with 8-hour PM shifts from 2:30pm to 11:00pm and alternating weekends and holidays.

Starting pay is $38.96/hour with additional differentials for night shifts and weekends. We focus on rehabilitation, patient education, and empowering staff through professional development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Current Wisconsin RN license.
• Current BLS for Health Care Providers.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients post-MI and post-surgical cardiac procedures.
• Emphasize rehabilitation, education, and lifestyle modifications.
• Support 0.8 FTE PM shifts and participate in weekend/holiday rotations.
