Qualifications

• Wisconsin CNA certification required.
• Current Infant-Adult BLS for Health Care Providers within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating day/night shifts; weekend and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients in the Cardiopulmonary Unit (telemetry) with focus on cardiac disease.
• Assist with procedures, monitoring, and routine assessments in a 28-bed unit.
• Document patient information and collaborate with care team to support patient recovery.
