Complete Care is hiring an RN Registered Nurse for direct care roles in Maryland. We provide skilled nursing care to residents recently discharged and for long-term care; full and part-time positions available, with PRN for experienced nurses.

You’ll administer medications, perform wound care, monitor health, develop care plans, collaborate with physicians and therapists, educate families, and supervise LPNs/CNAs to ensure quality care and teamwork.

Formación

• Licensed to work within the State of Maryland as a RN Registered Nurse.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation.
• Professionally & Clinically Skilled with leadership qualities.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications: oral, topical, IV, injectable medications.
• Treatments: wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings.
• Assessment & monitoring: conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data.
• Care planning: create, update & execute individualized care.
• Collaboration: strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others.
• Family & resident education: explain health status, changes and expectations for care.
• Documentation: keep detailed records of health status, care, progress & interactions.
• Team oversight: oversee and delegate to LPNs and CNAs ensuring quality care and teamwork.
