Phoenix Home Care and Hospice in Springfield, MO is seeking an In-Home Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our In-Home care team. This role offers both full-time and part-time positions in Springfield and surrounding areas, delivering compassionate nursing care in clients' homes.

You will perform admissions, vitals, medication management, diabetic nails, and labs, with opportunities for supervisory visits and patient education.

Formación

• Active MO RN or LPN license.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and self-management skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Complete admission assessments and reassessments for In-Home caregiver population.
• Provide nurse visits for adult and senior population: Taking vitals, medication management, monthly diabetic nails, and labs.
• May provide supervisory visits for caregiver services.
• Provide instruction/ education on medication.
• Good time management, detail oriented and self-starter.
