Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is a leading integrated behavioral healthcare provider serving Arizona with residential, outpatient, inpatient, and crisis services.

We seek an RN Manager to provide clinical leadership across multiple clinic sites, guiding staff, budgets, and patient care with a focus on quality outcomes and collaborative care. The RN Manager will oversee clinical operations, mentor nursing teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with physicians to optimize service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or higher; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum two years in managing a health care facility.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience relevant to patient population.
• Leadership experience including staff and budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; PR and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to interact positively with physicians and staff at all levels.
• RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS).

Job Summary

This position plans and provides clinical oversight and support to staff and patient care to multiple clinic sites. Demonstrates clinical expertise of the assigned area. Provides leadership in clinical, financial, and personnel management within the region.

Skills/Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related experience normally obtained through the completion of a bachelor’s degree. Master’s preferred
• Must possess a strong knowledge and understanding of medical practice and clinic management, clinic operational structures and systems, and policies, procedures, and processes as normally demonstrated through a minimum of two years’ experience in managing a health care facility.
• Must possess at least 3 years of clinical experience relevant to patient population.
• Leadership experience should include management of staff and budgets.
• Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. Requires excellent public relations, human relations, and conflict resolution skills.
• Must have the ability to successfully and positively interact with physicians and employees at all levels throughout the organization.
• Must possess licensure as a professional nurse (RN) in the state of practice
• Current Basic Life Support
