Saint Elizabeth Community in Rhode Island is hosting a CNA Training Program Hiring Event in East Greenwich. Attendees can share information and participate in on-the-spot interviews; please bring a resume. The upcoming class starts December 7, 2026, with evening sessions 3:30pm–9pm, in Warwick and East Greenwich.

Graduates may join Saint Elizabeth Home or our Home Care division. The employer offers benefits, a training path, and job placement after completion.

Training Instructors and Saint Elizabeth representatives will be available for information sharing, questions and on the spot interviews.

Evening Class, Monday - Thursday 3:30pm - 9pm

* Graduates of this class will work at Saint Elizabeth Home or in our Home Care division

Benefits Of This Opportunity Include

• Testing costs and class materials covered by Saint Elizabeth Community
• Job placement upon successful completion of the class in our Home Care division.
• A retention bonus of $1,000 is available upon completion of 6 months of satisfactory qualifying employment with Saint Elizabeth Community and again at the end of 12 months, for a total of $2,000.

CNA positions at Saint Elizabeth Home or in Home Care offer:

• Home Care - Flexible Scheduling Options - 1 to 12-hour shifts - Day, Evening, Overnight and Weekend Shifts Available.
• Home Care - Mileage Reimbursement
• Saint Elizabeth Home - Full Time or Part Time: Day, Evening, or Overnight Shifts Available
• NEW, Increased Pay rates between $22.66-23.43/hour

Qualifications For This Position

• Possess a strong desire and passion for direct patient care.
• Must enjoy working with the elderly.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Previous direct patient care or human services experience preferred, but not required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be available to attend all classes (held in Warwick, RI) and clinical rotation (held in East Greenwich, RI).
• Must be able to communicate in English, both orally and written.
• Reliable vehicle, automobile insurance, and valid driver's license required.
• Excellent attendance, dependability, and punctuality required.
• Availability to work for Saint Elizabeth Home or our Home Care Division for a minimum of one year (part-time or full-time) following graduation.

Please note that CNA class graduates are required to maintain employment with Saint Elizabeth Community in a staff position with a minimum of 24 scheduled hours per week for a period of one year following graduation. Should your status change or employment end prior to fulfilling the one-year commitment, graduates are responsible for reimbursing Saint Elizabeth Community for the cost of their training.
