Job summary

Sterling Care Bel Air is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Bel Air, MD. This role provides supervision to nursing assistants and ensures high-quality patient care while adhering to regulatory policies and procedures.

The RN will administer medications, supervise staff, and maintain accurate narcotics records within the scope of practice. A sign-on bonus of $5,000 is offered along with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Registered with the state as an RN / Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality nursing care to Residents in an environment that respects rights, dignity, and choice.
• Supervises G.N.A.’s and subordinate staff, ensuring assignments are completed.
• Administers parenteral, intramuscular, and sub-cutaneous injections.
• Administers medications within RN scope and maintains narcotics records.
• Reviews daily the documentation of dispensing of controlled substances and narcotics.
