Job summary

Sterling Care Bel Air is seeking an (RN) Registered Nurse to supervise staff and safeguard residents' health and welfare in accordance with nursing policies. This role offers a $5000 sign-on bonus and a supportive team environment in a Bel Air facility.

The RN will provide quality nursing care, supervise GNAs and staff, administer injections and medications, and maintain narcotics records in compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Registered with the state as an RN / Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality nursing care to Residents in an environment that promotes their rights, dignity, and freedom of choice.
• Provides supervision to G.N.A’s and all subordinate staff which includes checking their work to ascertain that assignments have been completed.
• Administer all parenteral, intramuscular, and sub‑cutaneous injections.
• Administer medications within the scope of practice of the RN Licensure. Maintain a current report of narcotics received and used.
• Review daily the documentation of the dispensing of the controlled substances and narcotics.
