Mercy is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Regional Float Pool, covering multiple hospitals in the St. Louis region. This full-time night-shift role requires bedside RN care across Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, and more, with opportunities for growth and cross-unit learning.

You will work in a dynamic team, rotate through assigned facilities, and provide high-quality patient care while meeting unit-specific standards and maintaining licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• Epic experience preferred (optional).

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Be flexible to float to multiple units across Mercy Lincoln (Troy) and surrounding communities.
• Maintain standards of nursing practice for adult/geriatric patients.
