Job summary

Mercy is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join its Regional Float Pool across the St. Louis region. This full-time night-shift role involves caring for adult and geriatric patients across multiple Mercy facilities.

Candidates will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care per standards, with opportunities for growth and cross‑facility collaboration. Benefits include day-one medical, dental and vision, tuition assistance, and 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• RN license in state of Missouri or compact licensure.
• One year of bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; two years for ICU/other specialties.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients.
• Float across Mercy facilities within the regional footprint as assigned.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care.
