Job summary

Mercy’s Regional Float Pool is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to provide care across multiple Mercy hospitals in the St. Louis region.

This part-time night-shift role (24 hours per week) offers sign-on bonus, shift differentials, comprehensive benefits from day one, and opportunities for education assistance and career growth. Ideal candidates have 1 year acute care RN or 2 years for ICU/other units, BSN preferred, and must hold valid RN license and BLS/ACLS as required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Current RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• BLS required; ACLS for Critical Care as applicable.
• 1 year recent bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; 2 years for ICU or other specialties.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Provide care across multiple units within Mercy's regional facilities.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams and patient populations.
• Maintain standards of nursing practice for adult/geriatric patients.
