Job summary

Mercy Regional Float Pool is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join Mercy South and surrounding communities across multiple facilities. This part-time night-shift role offers variety across Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU units.

Includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus, day-one medical/dental/vision coverage, tuition assistance up to $2,000 per year, and a 401(k) with employer match. You will work across Mercy hospitals in the St. Louis region and grow within a caring, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Preferred BSN.
• RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Two years of recent bedside RN experience for non-Med/Surg specialties; one year for Med/Surg.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate adult/geriatric nursing care.
• Provide care across multiple hospital units as part of Mercy Regional Float Pool.
