Job summary

Mercy’s Regional Float Pool is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for part-time night shifts across the St. Louis region. You will assess patient needs, plan and implement care, and reevaluate outcomes in adult/geriatric populations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current RN license in the hiring state.
• One year of bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; two years for other specialties.
• BLS for Med/Surg/Behavioral Health; BLS and ACLS for Critical Care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Float across Mercy’s Regional Float Pool to multiple facilities.
• Collaborate with care teams and adapt to various units (Med/Surg, Tele, ICU).
