Job summary

Mercy is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join the Regional Float Pool. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care across several Mercy hospitals in the St. Louis region during night shifts.

A minimum of two years bedside RN experience is required, with BSN preferred and BLS/NRP certifications. You’ll benefit from a $10,000 sign-on bonus, regional differential pay, 401(k) matching, tuition assistance, and days one medical, vision, and dental coverage.

Position Details:

Status: Part Time (24 hours per week)

• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 - No Contract
• Base Pay (Determined by Experience)
  • PLUS Regional Float Pool Differential $15.00 AND Shift Differentials: $2.75/Evenings, $4.60/Nights, $1.50/Weekends

Qualifications:

• Required Education:
  • Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
    • Preferred Education: BSN

Licensure:

• Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.

REQUIRED Experience:

• A minimum of two years of recent bed-side L&B RN experience.
  • Preferred Experience: Epic experience

Certifications (Must have to start):

• BLS & NRP

Physical Requirements/Demands:

• Stand/Walk most of the time on duty; significant amount of bending and stooping, as well as lifting and turning patients with assistance; push/pull/grip up to 50 pounds
