Mercy’s Regional Float Pool is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join across the St. Louis region on a part-time nights schedule. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients.

Join a dynamic, learning-focused team with a $10,000 sign-on bonus, base pay determined by experience plus regional and shift differentials, and day-one benefits including medical, vision, and dental insurance. Certifications in BLS/NRP are required to start.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Minimum of two years of recent bedside Labor & Birth RN experience.
• BLS and NRP required to start.
• BSN is preferred.

Position Details:

Department: Regional Float Pool

Status: Part Time (24 hours per week)

Shift: Nights

Incentives:

• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 - No Contract
• Base Pay (Determined by Experience)
  • PLUS Regional Float Pool Differential $15.00 AND Shift Differentials: $2.75/Evenings, $4.60/Nights, $1.50/Weekends

• Stay Premium Program: Active after 2 years with Mercy. Up to $8/hour based on years of Mercy service

Qualifications:

• Required Education:
  • Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
    • Preferred Education: BSN

Licensure:

• Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.

REQUIRED Experience:

• A minimum of two years of recent bed-side L&B RN experience.
  • Preferred Experience: Epic experience

Certifications (Must have to start):

• BLS & NRP

Physical Requirements/Demands:

• Stand/Walk most of the time on duty; significant amount of bending and stooping, as well as lifting and turning patients with assistance; push/pull/grip up to 50 pounds
