Henry Ford Health Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for a System Float Med/Surg role in Michigan. You will provide nursing care across multiple medical and surgical units, proactively assessing patients and implementing care plans in a dynamic hospital setting.

As part of a centralized float pool, you will gain diverse unit experience with flexible scheduling, premium pay, and opportunities for professional growth within a nationally recognized health system.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Michigan nursing licensure.
• Current BLS; ACLS, NRP, and EFM where required.
• Up-to-date TB and vaccine requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and identify nursing problems proactively.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Perform professional nursing services across medical and surgical units.
• Communicate clearly with patients and interdisciplinary teams.
• Adapt to different clinical environments while maintaining care quality.
• Demonstrate clinical knowledge to address nursing challenges.
