Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Lexington, KY, seeks an RN Quality & Training Coordinator to review and approve patient documentation across SOC, Recertification, ROC, and Evaluation visits. You will partner with branch leadership to educate and support LPs, ensuring documentation meets regulatory requirements and reflects current standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Must be an RN with an active license.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience.
• Experience in Medicare home health or hospice settings preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Review and approve all patient documentation submitted by LPs during SOC, Recertification, ROC, and Evaluation visits.
• Provide ongoing education, training, and support to LPs to ensure regulatory compliance and current standards.
• Conduct individual coaching and in-depth training sessions to improve clinician competency and compliance.
• Promote high-quality patient care and foster relationships with referral sources, patients, caregivers, and employees.
