Job summary

Americare is seeking a qualified RN Quality Reviewer for the ACF team in New York. The role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of clinical documentation and adherence to CMS guidelines.

Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with comprehensive benefits and tuition reimbursement. The ideal candidate holds an NYS RN license, has Home Care Homebase experience, and demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• NYS RN License required.
• Home Care Homebase experience preferred.
• Strong clinical documentation skills.
• Familiarity with CMS billing regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Home health or community care experience.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy, completeness and integrity of documentation.
• Ensure OASIS assessments are completed per CMS guidelines.
• Coordinate with a set group of COCs to maintain consistency.
• Maintain compliant documentation practices and CMS standards.
