Job summary

AmeriCare in New York, NY is seeking a Quality Reviewer RN to ensure the accuracy and integrity of clinical documentation. You will work with the COC team to complete OASIS-C assessments per CMS guidelines and uphold CMS regulatory standards.

The Position:Quality Reviewer RN

Schedule:Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

The Quality Reviewer is a Registered Professional Nurse who will ensure the accuracy, completeness and integrity of documentation completed by the COC.. This individual will be assigned to a set group of COCs.. The QR’s main area of responsibility will be to ensure that OASIS assessments are completed in accordance with CMS Regulatory Requirements and Conventions for completing OASIS-C (Chapter 3) in the OASIS-C Guidance Manual.
