Job summary

Americare in New York, NY is seeking an RN Quality Reviewer to join our home health team. This full-time role on-site Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM focuses on validating and improving clinical documentation and ensuring CMS OASIS-C compliance.

You will review OASIS assessments, collaborate with COCs, and maintain high accuracy and attention to detail. NYS RN license and experience with Homecare Homebase preferred; training provided.

Qualifications

• Active NYS RN license required.
• Strong clinical documentation and CMS knowledge.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple cases.

Responsibilities

• Ensure OASIS assessments are complete and compliant.
• Validate documentation accuracy and integrity for each case.
• Coordinate with COCs to resolve issues.
• Maintain CMS billing compliance and regulatory standards.
