AMERICARE CERTIFIED SPECIAL SERVICES INC is actively seeking a Quality Reviewer RN to ensure accuracy and integrity of home health documentation. The role centers on verifying COC documentation and OASIS assessments in alignment with CMS guidelines.

The job emphasizes meticulous clinical documentation and adherence to regulatory standards. The successful candidate will hold a NYS RN license with strong communication skills, organizational ability, and experience with Home Care Homebase.

Qualifications

• NYS RN License required.
• Computer literacy and Home Care Homebase experience.
• Strong clinical documentation skills expected.
• Familiarity with CMS billing regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
• Home health or community care experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure accuracy, completeness and integrity of documentation by the COC.
• Oversee OASIS assessments to CMS standards and OASIS-C guidelines.
• Maintain compliance with CMS regulations and conventions in documentation.
