The job emphasizes meticulous clinical documentation and adherence to regulatory standards. The successful candidate will hold a NYS RN license with strong communication skills, organizational ability, and experience with Home Care Homebase.

Qualifications

• NYS RN License required.
• Computer literacy and Home Care Homebase experience.
• Strong clinical documentation skills expected.

• Excellent verbal and written communication; interpersonal skills.

• Home health or community care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Quality Reviewer RN ACF Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM The Quality Reviewer is a Registered Professional Nurse who will ensure the accuracy, completeness and integrity of documentation completed by the COC.. This individual will be assigned to a set group of COCs.. The QR's main area of responsibility will be to ensure that OASIS assessments are completed in accordance with CMS Regulatory Requirements and Conventions for completing OASIS-C (Chapter 3) in the OASIS-C Guidance Manual.
