Job summary

AmeriCare is seeking a Quality Reviewer RN (ACF) to join our care coordination team in an office setting. You will ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of clinical documentation and OASIS assessments in alignment with CMS conventions and OASIS-C guidance.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, timely problem-solving, and collaboration with the COC group. Monday–Friday day hours and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• NYS RN license is required.
• Experience with Home Care Homebase preferred.
• Familiarity with CMS billing regulations.
• Strong clinical documentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

The Position:Quality Reviewer RN ACF

Schedule:Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

The Quality Reviewer is a Registered Professional Nurse who will ensure the accuracy, completeness and integrity of documentation completed by the COC.. This individual will be assigned to a set group of COCs.. The QR’s main area of responsibility will be to ensure that OASIS assessments are completed in accordance with CMS Regulatory Requirements and Conventions for completing OASIS-C (Chapter 3) in the OASIS-C Guidance Manual.
