Job summary

Americare Inc is seeking a Quality Reviewer RN to ensure the accuracy and integrity of nursing documentation. You will verify that OASIS assessments comply with CMS guidelines and work with COC teams to uphold documentation quality.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, independent work, and strong communication. Office-based, Monday–Friday daytime schedule with comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• NYS RN License is required.
• Strong clinical documentation skills.
• Familiarity with CMS billing regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Home health or community care experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy, completeness and integrity of nursing documentation.

The Position:Quality Reviewer RN

Schedule:Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

The Quality Reviewer is a Registered Professional Nurse who will ensure the accuracy, completeness and integrity of documentation completed by the COC.. This individual will be assigned to a set group of COCs.. The QR’s main area of responsibility will be to ensure that OASIS assessments are completed in accordance with CMS Regulatory Requirements and Conventions for completing OASIS-C (Chapter 3) in the OASIS-C Guidance Manual.
