Americare in Brooklyn, NY seeks a dedicated RN Quality Reviewer to ensure documentation accuracy and CMS-compliant OASIS assessments. This full-time on-site role supports COC teams in a dynamic home health setting.

Ideal candidates will have NYS RN licensure, strong documentation skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining excellent communication with care teams and CMS requirements.

Qualifications

• NYS RN License required.
• Strong clinical documentation skills.
• Familiarity with CMS billing regulations.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy, completeness and integrity of documentation.
• Oversee OASIS assessments to CMS standards.
• Work with a set group of COCs to maintain data quality.
