Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Quality Coordinator RN to drive performance improvement in the NICU, coordinate IRB submissions, and oversee VON-related activities. This role also serves as a clinical resource and supports nursing education and family advisory initiatives.

The position requires NJ RN licensure, BLS, and 3–5 years of nursing experience, with a preference for a BSN and EPIC EMR familiarity. It is a salaried, day-shift, full-time role based in Livingston, NJ.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of nursing department experience.
• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing and BLS.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; EPIC EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements and evaluates performance improvement activities in the NICU.
• Submits IRB documents as needed and timely.
• Serves as liaison for Vermont Oxford Network (VON) activities and projects.
• Acts as a clinical resource to staff and coordinates nursing education.
• Supports Family Advisory Council activities.
