Qualifications

• Current state RN license and an associate's degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire; CPHQ preferred.
• Five years of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, high-quality patient care as part of the care team.
• Participate in hospital-wide quality and performance improvement initiatives.
• Utilize hospital systems to collect, analyze, and report data to regulators.

Skills

BLS within 30 days

CPHQ Certification preferred
