Job summary

Golden Valley Health Centers is seeking a Quality Manager RN to lead and oversee the QAPI program for the PACE initiative, directing annual planning and data-driven improvements. You will coordinate with QA committees, executive leadership, and contract facilities to ensure compliance and quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, risk assessment, and nurse leadership to drive performance improvement across acute, post-acute, and outpatient services.

Qualifications

• Valid CA RN license and current BLS CPR certification.
• RN with experience in quality assurance/ Performance Improvement.
• BSN preferred or four years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and guides the annual QAPI plan.
• Reports data to QA Committee, Exec Team, and PACE Board.
• Ensures staff integration into QAPI and CI education.
• Analyzes risk management data and quality activities to protect assets.
• Reports CMS/state-required data on participant care and outcomes.
• Oversees grievance and appeal processes for participants.
