Job summary

Golden Valley Health Centers is seeking a Quality Specialist to support the annual Q&C work plans and prepare KPI reports. The role involves data gathering, EMR documentation, and collaboration with the IDT and administrative teams.

You will monitor quality and safety indicators, assist in Plan-Do-Study-Act processes, and help address regulatory requirements. This on-site position offers a competitive hourly wage and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ demonstrated experience in an analytical capacity with data collection, organization and reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; advanced Excel experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Participates in Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) meetings to ensure quality and safety elements are tracked and documented.
• Documents Quality and Compliance elements within the EMR.
• Assists IDT and Center Manager on participant assessments and care plans.
• Ensures IDT meeting attendance is complete and recorded; contributes to meeting minutes.
• Organizes Quality and Compliance committee meeting minutes.
• Gathers data from multiple sources and organizes it for analysis.
• Analyses PACE quality and compliance data and suggests improvements.
• Assists in addressing quality and safety issues with Site Operations and Health Plan teams.
• Prepares data for KPI-driven presentations and supports PDSA processes.
