Job summary

Central Valley PACE seeks a Quality Manager RN to develop and oversee the QAPI program across its Modesto centers. You will guide the annual plan, collect data, and share results with stakeholders, while managing the Utilization team and ensuring compliance with CMS and state regulations.

The role requires RN licensure, a nursing degree, and several years of quality improvement experience in elder care, with a focus on patient safety and performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• RN license required and nursing degree.
• Minimum three years RN experience with frail or elderly population.
• Demonstrated experience in quality assurance and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develops and guides the annual QAPI Plan and its implementation.
• Reports data to QA Committee, Executive Team, and PACE Board of Directors.
• Oversees utilization review and management for acute, post-acute and outpatient services.
