Job summary

The role requires an active RN license, 5+ years in quality and coding, and 2+ years in supervision, with travel up to 25% as needed. Excellent analytical and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the deploying state.
• 5+ years in Quality/HEDIS/CMS Stars with coding knowledge.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with Medicare quality operations (HEDIS, Stars, Coding, MA).
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
• Strong analytical and data-visualization skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Coordinators and CQC staff to drive HEDIS/Star results.
• Oversee staff development: hiring, training, coaching.
• Manage staff performance and operational expenses.
• Develop and implement systems supporting quality operations.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and Market teams to resolve issues.
