Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of healthcare quality, HEDIS/Stars, care gap closure, or related operations.
• Minimum 1 year in a lead, senior coordinator, or supervisory capacity.
• Experience with quality performance reports, gap lists, or member-level data in Excel.
• Experience communicating performance expectations to staff, providers, or partners.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Regional Quality Coordinators, including workload assignment and coaching.
• Operationalize strategy into clear workplans and daily team activity.
• Monitor gap closure production and data capture to meet targets.
• Perform routine analytics in Excel and standard reporting tools.
• Interpret results to identify trends and barriers; propose next steps.
• Escalate risks and data discrepancies with recommended actions.
• Coordinate gap lists and data collection to support HEDIS/CMS Star improvements.
• Ensure timely completion of team reports and documentation.
• Serve as first point of contact on measure specifications and workflows.
• Train and onboard new coordinators; maintain SOPs and job aids.
