Job summary

P3 Health Partners is seeking a Supervisor Quality HEDIS Stars to lead a team of Regional Quality Coordinators focused on HEDIS and CMS Star ratings improvement. You will convert strategy into actionable workplans, coach staff, and ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and successful gap closure across provider groups.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with quality metrics, and the ability to present findings to leadership. This is a hybrid position with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years in healthcare quality, HEDIS/Stars, or related operations.
• Requires 1+ year in lead/supervisory capacity or directing staff/workflows.
• Experience with quality performance reports, gap lists, or member-level data in Excel.
• Ability to communicate performance expectations to staff, providers, or external partners.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Regional Quality Coordinators, including workload assignment and coaching.
• Operationalize regional/national quality strategy into workplans and daily activity.
• Monitor gap closure production and data capture to hit targets.
• Perform routine analytics in Excel and standard reporting tools.
• Present performance updates to leadership and health plan partners.
• Train and onboard new Regional Quality Coordinators; maintain SOPs.
