Job summary
P3 Health Partners is seeking a Supervisor Quality HEDIS Stars to lead a team of Regional Quality Coordinators, directing day-to-day activities to support HEDIS and CMS Star performance. You will translate quality strategy into executable workplans, monitor gap closure and data capture, and present performance updates to leadership and health plan partners.
This role requires a self-starter attitude and strong Excel skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare quality, HEDIS/Stars, or related ops role.
- Minimum 1 year in lead, senior coordinator, or supervisory capacity.
- Experience with quality performance reports and data in Excel.
- Ability to present performance results to staff and partners.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of Regional Quality Coordinators and coach performance.
- Operationalize strategy into clear workplans and daily activity.
- Monitor gap closure, data capture, and targets across groups.
- Perform routine analytics with Excel and standard reporting tools.
- Prepare performance summaries for provider meetings and leadership reviews.
