Job summary

STGi is looking for an RN Quality Improvement Director in Black Mountain, North Carolina, responsible for overseeing quality assurance and performance improvement activities. This full-time position involves developing and implementing effective QAPI programs and collaborating with various committees to enhance resident care.

Qualifications

• Sufficient previous experience in clinical health care with quality assurance.
• Ability to make independent decisions in a timely fashion.
• Knowledgeable of quality assurance and performance improvement procedures.

• Establish comprehensive QAPI programs focused on outcome measures.
• Communicate revised plans and changes to facility management.
• Monitor and report compliance with regulatory requirements.
