RN Quality Assistant at PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Denver will help the Director of Quality Management oversee performance improvement, safety, and cost-effective operations across the hospital. You will coordinate with DQM, hospital leadership, and medical staff to foster a culture of safety while planning and measuring quality initiatives.

As a liaison to accrediting bodies such as TJC, CMS, and the Department of Health, you will support the medical staff on quality measures and drive

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state where the hospital resides.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment; AAA/HCA approved.
• ACLS certification required for Charge Nurses.

Responsibilities

• Assist in management of performance improvement functions for the hospital.
• Coordinate with DQM and leadership to foster safety and improve patient care.
• Serve as liaison with accrediting and regulatory bodies (TJC, CMS, Department of Health).
• Assist medical staff regarding quality measures.
