Job summary

PAM Health Specialty Hospital of San Antonio is seeking an experienced Director of Quality Management (RN) to lead the hospital's performance improvement initiatives and ensure top-tier patient care. In this on-site role, you will align nursing leadership, regulatory expectations, and clinical staff to drive safety, quality, and compliance across departments.

A strong RN background and prior QA leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum of five years current clinical experience.
• Prior quality management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage efficient, cost effective operations of the performance improvement functions for the hospital.
• Coordinate with hospital and medical staff leadership to foster a culture of safety and improve patient care and organizational functions.
• Serve as a liaison with accrediting and regulatory bodies such as TJC, CIHQ, CMS, and Department of Health.
• Provide direction and assistance to the medical staff regarding medical staff quality measures.
