HCA Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Quality Coordinator RN for TriCities Hospital in Virginia. You will collaborate with Hospital & Division leadership to develop and execute quality management strategies and drive initiatives that improve patient safety and outcomes.

The role requires a Virginia RN license or compact license, with BSN preferred and Master’s degree or Quality/Risk certification preferred. You will lead root cause analyses, regulatory compliance, staff education, and

Competenze

• BSN preferred.
• Current RN Virginia license or compact multistate license.
• Master’s degree in a health related field preferred and certification in Quality and/or Risk.
• Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with knowledge of quality/risk management theory and process.
• Three years of RN experience required.

Mansioni

• Develop quality management strategy with Hospital & Division leadership.
• Lead Quality Management Department to apply quality management and cost-reduction strategies.
• Communicate and educate about quality management activities across the organization.
• Facilitate Root Cause Analyses and Proactive Risk Assessments.
• Participate in hospital-wide Committees and staff orientation related to Quality.
• Provide education and guidance to all staff levels on Quality.
• Support regulatory compliance activities and maintain data systems.
• Maintain and enhance skills related to database management.
• Initiate and complete continuing education activities.
• Demonstrate effective communication and interdisciplinary collaboration for quality patient care.
