Job summary

Mission Hospital is seeking an RN Quality Coordinator to support Women’s and Children’s Services. The role leads quality initiatives, analyzes data, and works with medical and hospital staff to improve patient outcomes.

Required is a BSN with NC RN licensure and 5 years of clinical nursing experience; a BSN must be completed within 4 years of hire. MSN is preferred; CPHQ must be obtained within two years.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program; BSN required. If RN, must obtain BSN within 4 years of hire.
• Master's in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN licensure in North Carolina; eNLC may apply.
• National Nursing Certification in area of specialty (CPHQ must be obtained within 2 years).
• 5 years of clinical nurse experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Mission Hospital's Women and Children's Services quality initiatives.
• Lead committees and teams; collaborate with staff to implement action plans.
• Analyze data and improve processes to enhance quality outcomes.
• Recruit, welcome and support new employees to fit Mission Health culture.
• Represent the organization professionally with a caring attitude.
