Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital - Richmond is seeking a Quality Coordinator (RN) to support our hospital quality program on a part-time schedule. The role partners with the DQM and leadership to ensure accreditation readiness and data reporting.

Candidates must be a Registered Nurse with an active state license; LTACH or acute care experience is preferred. We offer orientation, PTO, comprehensive benefits, and a company-wide team of over 44,000.

Qualifications

  • RN with valid state licensure.
  • Two years of LTACH or short-term acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with survey activities to ensure accreditation/licensure.
  • Support monthly interdisciplinary QAPI team meetings.
  • Review quarterly quality improvement reports.
  • Assist Medical Director/Quality Program Director with quality initiatives.
  • Perform all safety and EOC duties.
  • Conduct monthly safety rounds and quality surveillance.
  • Enter and analyze monthly quality data and report results.
  • Assist with employee培训 and workplace education.
  • Collaborate with leadership to meet reporting requirements.

Compensation: $39.01 - $52.50 per hour

Using discretion and independent judgment, the Quality Coordinator is responsible for assisting the DQM with all aspects of the hospital quality program.

  • Assisting with survey activities to ensure that the facility maintains accreditation, certification and licensure.
  • Assisting with monthly interdisciplinary QAPI team meetings.
  • Assisting with reviews of quarterly quality improvement reports.
  • Assisting the Medical Director and Quality Program Director with development and implementation of medical staff quality improvement activities.
  • Performing all safety and EOC duties.
  • Performing monthly safety rounds and quality control surveillance.
  • Completing monthly quality related data entry, analysis and reporting.
  • Assisting with employee training and education in the work place.
  • Working with leadership team to ensure reporting requirements are met.
Minimum Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with valid state licensure
Preferred Qualifications That Will Make You Successful
  • At least two years of clinical experience in LTACH or short term acute care preferred.
  • Previous experience with one major area of responsibility preferred (quality improvement risk management, infection control, or survey readiness).
