Job summary

DHR Health in Edinburg, TX is seeking an RN QI Coordinator for a part-time, day shift focusing on quality programs and accreditation readiness. The role supports the Director of Quality and collaborates with hospital teams to implement high-quality patient care initiatives.

The coordinator will lead education efforts, manage data collection and reporting for national standards, and drive process improvements across departments. Bilingual skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Three years of accreditation/quality experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Experience coordinating TJC surveys within the last three years preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Current BLS certification or within 90 days of hire.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hospital and medical staff to drive transformational change.
• Manage multiple assignments with strong organizational skills.
• Educate patients and staff, including classes and materials development.
• Draft, revise and enforce policies aligned to mission and standards.
• Provide education on certification/accreditation initiatives.
