RN Quality Clinical Excellence Specialist

= Location: Sanford, NC

We're hiring a Quality Clinical Excellence Specialist (RN) to coordinate disease-specific quality improvement initiatives and certification efforts at a 137-bed acute care hospital serving Sanford and surrounding communities.

= What You'll Do:

Coordinate and lead quality improvement and standard compliance efforts for Stroke and Heart Failure certifications

Collect, analyze, and report clinical data to support accreditation and performance outcomes

Champion hospital-wide compliance with certification standards

Provide staff education and serve as a subject matter expert on disease-specific care

Lead accreditation surveys and community outreach related to disease-specific initiatives

Support onboarding with quality orientation and participate in interdisciplinary rounds

Facilitate performance improvement teams and help implement patient care enhancements

> Must-Haves:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Registered Nurse (NC license or compact state)

2 3 years of clinical hospital experience

< Preferred:

Heart Failure Nurse Certification

Proven leadership in accreditation or quality roles
