Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Quality Clinical RN Specialist to join our team. In this leadership role, you will oversee clinical quality initiatives, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and work to improve patient care outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical nursing, quality management, and leadership within a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical quality initiatives, including developing and implementing quality improvement plans and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with medical staff, nursing teams, and other healthcare professionals to maintain high standards of patient care.
• Monitor and analyze clinical outcomes, patient safety data, and quality performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards such as Joint Commission, CMS, and other agencies.
• Develop and deliver staff education and training programs focused on quality and safety.
• Lead root cause analysis for adverse events and develop action plans to mitigate future risks.
• Prepare and present reports on quality metrics and initiatives to leadership and clinical teams.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement, patient-centered care, and evidence-based practice.
