IU Health is now offering charge pay, which is a $3.00 bill rate bump per hour
Ratios: 1:4
Shift: 3x12s or 4x12s
Years of experience REQ: 2
First timers accepted: No – Limited. No more than 1 of the 3 contracts – please call out ALL first time travelers in review email.
Weekend REQ: yes
Certs REQ: ACLS, BLS
Is on-call REQ? No
Will the clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes to med/surg if needed
Open to accommodating block schedule? To be discussed.

Pending License accepted: No. IN-STATE LICENSE / REQUIRED CERTS MUST BE IN HAND TO SUB
RTO Restrictions: Must work 2/3 major holidays.
Effective 11/30/24, IU Health will not allow IN RNs to work at their facilities (SEE EXCEPTIONS BELOW). The last day for IN RNs to start a NEW contract is 9/9 (allows them to finish a contract by 11/30). **Periop/OR RNs, Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt from this rule. These IN travelers are allowed to work past the 11/30 deadline. Periop includes ENDO, IR RN, PACU, Cath Lab RN, SDS** Shift Info: Night 4×12-Hour (19:00 – 07:30)
