Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Nursing preferred, not required.
• Current state RN licensure is required.
• ACLS or BLS certification preferred; ACLS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments and plan care.
• Serve as point of contact for care coordination throughout hospital departments.
• Promote patient safety by participating in quality improvement initiatives.
• Administer medications per policy and practice standards.
