Mercy Health’s St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima, OH seeks a Registered Nurse for Progressive Care (Step Down) – ICU Stepdown 4K, full-time nights. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess patients, plan care, and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment.
