Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a registered nurse for the 24-bed Advanced Care Unit (CT7B) in Illinois. The unit handles acutely unstable patients needing frequent advanced assessments, with an Epilepsy Monitoring Unit and 24/7 EMU monitoring.

The ideal candidate will have an Illinois RN license, ACLS/BLS certifications, and RN experience of at least 1 year. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered for external applicants meeting a 3-year commitment.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications required within specified timeframes.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in Illinois (IDFPR).
• RN>1yr experience in acute/edge-of-ICU care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop care plans.
• Implement nursing interventions and monitor patient conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure continuity of care.
