Qualifications

• Master's degree and RN licensure required.
• At least 3 years of experience in student support, mentoring, coaching or instruction.
• Experience with distance education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support a group of students and guide academic progress.
• Provide coaching using the WGU model and services.
• Maintain a student-friendly schedule with outside hours.
• Collaborate with university colleagues to promote a positive, student-focused atmosphere.
• Respond promptly to student needs with professionalism.
