Job summary

West Henderson Hospital in Henderson, NV, part of The Valley Health System, is seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide direct and indirect patient care on the unit. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, lead staff, and support the facility's mission and goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. BSN required.
• Current RN license in Nevada. BLS certification. ACLS, PALS, NRP and/or required specialty training (current upon hire).
• Minimum one year full-time or three years part-time experience in acute care nursing. Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide direct and indirect nursing care.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary team members and guide nursing staff.
• Support facility vision, mission and goals; demonstrate Service Excellence.
