Qualifications

• Requires active RN or LVN license in California with clinical nursing background.
• Proven ability to plan, implement, and evaluate education programs in nursing.
• Experience with budget development and fiscal accountability for programs.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulatory requirements (CDPH/BRN).
• Experience coordinating multiple NATP programs and overseeing instructors.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of all instructors.
• Oversee NATP components per CDPH policies and forms.
• Ensure 60 hours of theory and 100 hours of supervised clinical training meet CDPH standards.
• Verify completion of NATP requirements using CDPH forms.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory agencies and attend necessary meetings.
• Recruit and hire qualified personnel for individual programs.
• Develop and monitor program contracts and agreements.
• Coordinate with other staff and agencies for coordinated program delivery.
• Develop staff development and training plans as needed.
